Trainer |

Trainers at this level have completed over 100 hours of coursework
and have interned over 1,000 hours with a Master Trainer, Physical
Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Chiropractor, and or a Certified
Athletic Trainer (ATC). A Master Trainer is the most sought
after professional in Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation.
They are exceptional problem solvers and have constructed award-winning
Program Development/Design Skills. These elite Trainers hold
the highest certifications and degrees in the field of Strength
and Conditioning, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic,
Pilates, Pre/Post Surgery Rehabilitation, Sport Nutrition, Weight
Management, Kinesio-Tape, Active Release Techniques, Flexibility
Training, Speed/Agility/Quickness Development, Olympic Weightlifting,
Combat Sports Conditioning, Functional Training, and Sport-Specific
Training. In addition, these highly qualified Trainers have
published University-Sponsored Research data and or have contributed
articles to fitness, health, and or wellness publications. They
are often referred to as "The Trainers' Trainer,"
because they help to develop and shape new and existing trainers
and fitness professionals interested in increasing their knowledge
through seminars, clinics, learn-by-doing, and 1 on 1 sessions.

Advanced
Trainer |

Have completed over 60 hours of course work and over 300 hours
of observation with an Advanced Trainer and or a Master Trainer.
Advanced Trainers can design programs to enhance Strength and
Conditioning for sport and fitness, Balance, Coordination, Core
Strength/Stability, and Speed/Agility/Quickness Programs. Our
Advanced Trainers are skilled and experienced problem solvers
who can address a variety of Fitness/Rehabilitation/Weight Management
issues. They hold a minimum of Three (3) Fitness/Rehabilitation
Certifications, current CPR certificate, Sport Nutrition/Weight
Management Certificate, and Pilates Certified Mat/Machine. |

Personal
Trainer |

Our Personal Trainer have completed over 30 hours of course
work and over 100 hours of observation with an Advanced Trainer
and or a Master Trainer. They Hold a minimum of Two (2) Fitness
Certifications and are all current CPR certified. They can provide
Fitness Assessments, Program Design, Basic Nutrition Guidelines/Nutritional
Menu Plans, and are also great coaches and motivators. |

and Cancellations |

** These rates are
effective as of September 1st. 2006. All sessions
and session packs are due at start of exercise
program. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.
all quoted rates are for training at Verol's Gym
located at 152 Middle Neck Rd., Great Neck, N.Y.
Please note, In-home training requires travel
time, therefore, a travel fee will be added to
the session rate of the trainer.
